 Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Attendees must be 21 and over to attend. Please be prepared to show ID, if necessary.

 What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is abundant on site parking at the facility.  Some of it is paved, some of it is on gravel surface.  Street parking is also available, if needed.

 Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

No printed tickets will be issued, but you may bring your printed confirmation receipt as proof of purchase.  There will be a list of attendees at the front door, please check-in at the registration table upon arrival.

 What is the refund policy?

Refunds will only be issued up to two weeks prior to event date.

 My friends and I wish to be seated together, but we don't have enough people in our group to purchase a table of eight.  Can we be seated together?

Guaranteed seating is only available for tables purchased in blocks of eight or as VIP Tables.  You may request to be seated with others and have everyone list the same "Group" name on their order.  Every effort will be made to accomodate such requests (on a first-come, first-served basis), but group seating is not guaranteed for groups of less than eight and will be subject to space availability.
